Stranger Things Cupcakes

Ingredients
  • - Yellow Cake Mix
  • - White Frosting
  • - Mini Eggo Waffles
  • - Maple Syrup
Instructions
  1. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. - Line a 6 cup cupcake pan with liners.
  3. - Prepare the cake mix according to directions. Pour into the cupcake pan.
  4. - Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  5. - Let cool.
  6. - You can use regular white frosting.
  7. - Pipe the white frosting onto the cupcakes.
  8. - Insert a heated mini Eggo waffle on top of the cupcake into the frosting.
  9. - Drizzle maple syrup on top of the cupcake.
  10. - Happy binge watching Stranger Things 2 - on Netflix October 27th!
