Make your Olive Garden Favorite at home with this recipe
Ingredients
  • Pasta
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 pint of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Make Pasta.
  2. In a sauce pan over medium heat - melt butter and add garlic and cook for two minutes.
  3. Add cream and cream cheese and heat till bubbling ( not to the point of a boil)
  4. Add in Parmesan Cheese and mix until the cheese melts add salt and pepper to taste. I ended up adding about ½ teaspoon of pepper ( but that is just me).
  5. Mix some sauce with the pasta ( a little sauce goes a long way ;) ).
  6. Enjoy!
