Garlic + Butter Broccoli

Perfect side for any entree - simple and robust in flavor. Gluten - Free
Ingredients
  • Broccoli ( fresh or thawed from frozen) 20 oz
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine
  • 1 Clove of Garlic Minced
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Cook broccoli in salted boiling water till tender ( about 5 minutes) - drain.
  2. In a pan melt butter and add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes + add broccoli and toss.
  3. Garnish with pepper.
  4. Enjoy :)
