Traveling Mac N' Cheese

The whole recipe is made using the microwave - meaning you can make this on the road -- even your hotel room!!!
Ingredients
  • Couple of pepper packets
  • packet of mustard
  • About 1.5 Tablespoon of Butter
  • 8 oz of Pasta ( I used quick cooking pasta)
  • 6 oz of cheddar cheese
  • Water
  • Milk
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta - place 6 oz of pasta in a microwave safe tubberware - add about 1.5 cups of water. Cover and cook on high in 3 minute intervals till the pasta is fully cooked. Drain excess water.
  2. In a separate microwave - safe bowl.
  3. Place butter - heat in microwave till melted.
  4. Add about ¼ cup of milk to melted butter - heat till melt is warm.
  5. Add pepper, ½ to FULL packet of mustard.
  6. Heat for 10 seconds
  7. Add half the cheese ( mix) - heat in the microwave till cheese is melted.
  8. Add rest of cheese - heat in the microwave till cheese is melted.
  9. Mix pasta and cheese together and enjoy
  10. Enjoy :) ( You can garnish with extra cheese and pepper if you want)
