Easy Cheesy Rice

So Simple.... This is a staple side in my family :) Gluten - Free
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of Cooked Rice
  • ½ Cup of Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons of Salsa
  • 3 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
Instructions
  1. Place cooked rice into a skillet ( I did melt a small amount of butter in the pan before hand)
  2. Add and mix in salsa
  3. Mix in salt, pepper, sour cream
  4. Add cheese and heat till cheese melts :)
  5. Enjoy!
