Easy Crock Pot Chili

- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- pinch of salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1¼ teaspoons ground coriander
- 1¼ teaspoons ground cumin
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- ½ tablespoon dry minced onion
- Small onion, diced
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes - 28 ounces
- 15 oz of tomato sauce
- 2 cans of kidney beans
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook onions for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add beef and cook till no longer brown.
- Drain.
- In a small bowl place all the dry seasoning together
- Mix - Place 3 tablespoons of seasoning mix into the meat stir together.
- In a crock pot set to low, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, one can of beans; 2 tablespoons of seasoning mix.
- In a blender puree a can of beans, then place the puree into the crock pot.
- Mix meat into the crock pot
- Let sit for 6 -8 hours
- Enjoy!
