Parmesan - Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 16 oz of broccoli thawed or cooked
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • ¼ cup of parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In a bowl drizzle oil over broccoli ( enough to lightly coat)
  3. add a dash of salt and about ½ tsp of pepper
  4. Place on a cookie sheet
  5. sprinkle cheese and bake for about 10 minutes - until the cheese turns golden brown
  6. Enjoy!
