Easy Homemade Ice Cream Recipe
- 14.5 ounces of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla
- Optional - anything you want to add to your ice cream - fudge, candy, berries
- Place all 3 ingredients in a large bowl and use a electric whisk for 5 minutes.
- You are looking for thick whipped peaks
- This is when you can add your optional ingredients - except is it something like hot fudge or caramel -- you will want to drizzle that in.
- Place the cream batter into baking pan and place in the freezer for 8 hours.
- Enjoy!
- Ice cream is good for about 2 weeks in the freezer.
