2 Cups of Cooked Rice

1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese, Grated

1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper

Pinch of Salt

3 Tablespoons of Salsa

3 Tablespoons of Sour Cream

What To Do

Place cooked rice into a skillet ( I did melt a small amount of butter in the pan before hand)

Add and mix in salsa

Mix in salt, pepper, sour cream

Add cheese and heat till cheese melts ๐Ÿ™‚

Enjoy! I did garnish with red pepper flakes to kick up the heat.
