What You Need
5 Egg Yolks – beaten
1/2 Cup of Key Lime Juice ( Fresh or Bottled)
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk ( About 15 oz)
Whipped Cream Bottled
What To Do
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a medium size bowl – combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust
Bake for 15 minutes
Cool for 1 hour – top with whipped cream – garnish with lime zest if you would like
