I am VERY excited this is the second recipe from Marie the first recipe ( Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe ( Recipes from Marie) )

If you have no idea who Marie is – go HERE – I found a vintage recipe box in a local antique store so I am making and posting one her recipes weekly on Tuesday

Today is Marie’s Chicken Wingย  Recipe

I really hope you check back weekly for another recipe from Marie — pretty please comment ( let’s make this like a little community)

You will be able to tell which recipes are hers by the flower on the picture above ๐Ÿ™‚

Chicken Wings Best Gluten-Free Recipe

I changed up one aspect in that I ended up using gluten free soy sauce – since my brother ( who I made the wing for is gluten- free)

Chicken Wings Best Gluten-Free Recipe

Sigh… my dad put NORMAL soy sauce in the picture … but we used the gluten free soy sauce. When I figured it out we were in the middle of cooking the chicken and there was no going back to re- photographing the ingredients

This recipe is extremely frugal – and I LOVE all the brown sugar we used ( seriously chicken and brown sugar are a match made in heaven) – it really is the perfect Chicken Wing Recipe

Now Marie did not have really great instructions on this card ( most of them are more detailed)ย  but I assumed she meant cooking in hot oil for 3 minutes then transferring to a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 400 until fully cooked for the Chicken Wing Recipe

I also went with dry ginger – I wanted a smooth sauce you can use fresh if you like

My brother loved the dish – there is nothing I would change about it ๐Ÿ™‚

We really hope you try out this recipe and remember to let us know if you do make it ๐Ÿ™‚ They really are amazing Gluten Free Wings
