Homemade Ginger Ale

Sharing is caring!

Morning sickness is no joke – well for me anyways. I am 13 weeks now and I am still suffering from all day morning sickness. It is not unusual for me to throw up 2 or 3 times per day ( it is usually caused by smells like Watson’s cat food). Most of the day I feel like I am going to throw up any minute ( fun right). Well this homemade ginger ale really has helped — as much as something will help. So I thought it would be a great recipe to share with those who want to make ginger ale at home and fellow pregnant mamas out there.

This recipe is super easy. It is only 4 ingredients ( I add in some mint for extra flavor but you can keep this out). I love the fact that this recipe does not use white sugar ( which I am trying to avoid as much as possible). Ginger is known to help with nausea which is why this drink is perfect for those suffering from morning sickness.
