I love a good slow cooker recipe.  They are so easy because you don’t have to stay on top of the process like you do on a grill.  Prepping is so quick and simple and all you have to do is let the cooker do it’s job for you.  The best part, though, is how flavorful and tender the meat is when it is through.  There is nothing like it and as Fall approaches I think I will be getting a lot more use out of my slow cooker in the cooler months.

Easy Pork Over Rice Medley

:

Ingredients

  • Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Herb Loin Filet
  • 2 Cups of Cooked Rice
  • 1 Cup of Cooked Green Beans
  • 1 Cup of Cooked Carrots

Instructions

  1. et your slow cooker to high and cook the Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Herb Loin Filet for 4 hours.
  2. After the filet is fully cooked place on a cutting board and let rest.
  3. Mix the rice with the carrots and green beans and place on a platter.
  4. Cut the pork and place it on the rice.
  5. Enjoy
