The BEST Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ Cup of Milk
  • 2 Teaspoon of Butter
Instructions
  1. In a skillet on medium heat melt butter
  2. In a bowl combine everything but the cheese. Now start whisking -- it is KEY you keep whisking for at least 3 minutes. This is going to make the eggs SUPER fluffy.
  3. Pour eggs on to the skillet. Let the eggs sit for 45 seconds - keep turning the eggs till they are cooked. Top with cheese
  4. Enjoy!
