Parmesan Roasted Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
  • Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • 1.5 Cups of Baby Carrots
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a bowl combine carrots with a drizzle of olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper and cheese
  3. Spread carrots on to parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes
  4. My husband ate the whole dish within 5 minutes - and he HATES carrots ;)
