1 orange - you will need to zest and juice the orange ( it will be about ⅓ of a cup) in a 1 cup measuring cup. Fill the measuring cup with water till it reaches 1 cup.
Instructions
In a medium size saucepan - mix orange mixture and sugar together over medium heat. Let sugar dissolve - takes about a minute.
Add cranberries - let them sit for about 8 minute. Stir. Let sit for another 4 minutes. Stir until it becomes sauce consistency.
Enjoy! This can be canned or stored in the fridge ( 1 week) or freezer - 6 months.
