4 Ingredient Valentine's Day Cake

  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Can - 21 oz of Cherry Pie Filling
  • Vanilla Frosting
  1. Preheat Oven To The Temperature As Instructed On The Cake Box ( It is Usually 350)
  2. In a bowl mix - dry cake mix, cherry pie filling, and vanilla extract - that is it - do NOT add eggs, oil or water
  3. Mix well
  4. The batter will be thick - but that is how it is suppose to be - transfer cake mix to a cake mold or cupcake tin
  5. Cook until fully cooked - I use the old toothpick trick - stick a toothpick into the middle of the cake if it comes out clean you are done
  6. I personally like to but the vanilla frosting on the cake while it is still hot - it cuts calories and I like the marble effect
