The Best Key Lime Pie

- 5 Egg Yolks - beaten
- ½ Cup of Key Lime Juice ( Fresh or Bottled)
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk ( About 15 oz)
- Whipped Cream Bottled
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- In a medium size bowl - combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Cool for 1 hour - top with whipped cream - garnish with lime zest if you would like
- Enjoy!
