The Best Chocolate Cake Recipe
  • 1 box Devil’s Food Cake ( eggs, water, and oil)
  • 1 8-oz tub cool whip
  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ bottle caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 package Heath bars
  1. Cook the Devil's Food Cake as instructed on the box -
  2. In a large bowl, combine caramel and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Poke large holes throughout the cake -- pour the caramel mixture into the holes and drizzle on top of cake
  4. Spread Cool Whip all over cake
  5. Sprinkle Heath bar pieces on top.
  6. Enjoy!
