Over medium heat add oil, garlic and pepper flakes in a large skillet - make sure not to burn the garlic
Stir in tomatoes, pepper and salt --- lower heat a little bit and cook for 5 more minutes - after 5 minutes set the heat to low and cook for 10 more minutes
Cook Pasta and Drain pasta during this time.
Add pasta to the tomatoes --- add cheese and basil --- mix together for 1 minute
