Yummy Artichoke Bread
 
Ingredients
  • 1 French Loaf cut length wise
  • 14 oz of artichoke hearts ( find it in the canned section) - drained and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Cup of Medium Cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 3 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ Cup of mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • ½ Cup of Sour Cream - Light
Instructions
  1. Set your oven to broil
  2. In a medium size skillet - melt butter oven medium heat. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Cook for 1 minute
  3. Add all the cheeses and artichoke hearts to the skillet --- mix until cheese is fully melted. Add sour cream and mix
  4. Spread mixture on the french bread -- you will have two halves
  5. Place in the oven for about 5 minutes --- you want the top to be a little brown --- remember not to burn the bread
  6. Let sit a couple of minutes before slicing
  7. Enjoy!
