Key Lime Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 box (4-serving size) lime-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup of water
  • Tablespoon of Key Lime Juice
  • ⅓ Cup of Vegtable Oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Green Food Coloring
  • 1 Can of Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 2 Fresh Limes Cut into Slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl combine - lime juice, lemon cake mix, lime-flavored gelatin, water, eggs, and vegetable oil --- Mix till very well combined
  3. Fill up 12 cupcake liners
  4. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes
  5. Let cool
  6. In a small bowl combine keylime juice, frosting, and 3- 6 drops of green dye --- mix very well
  7. Frost each cupcake. Finish with a lime slice.
  8. Enjoy :)
