Out of This World Crab Mac and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound of macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 Tablespoon of flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 12 ounces of evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces of cheddar cheese
  • 10 ounces of crab meat ( canned works well )
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 - cook macaroni according to the directions on the box. Drain and set aside
  2. In a large bowl combine salt, flour,mustard, pepper, sour cream, eggs, and evaporated milk. - whisk VERY well
  3. In a 9x13 casserole greased place half the pasta layered with half of the cheese, add half of the crab - repeat the layer. Pour your flour mixture on top of the casserole.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
