Roasted Garlic and Asparagus Recipe

  • 1 Pound of Asparagus Trimmed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • dash of salt
  • ¼ tsp of pepper
  • Olive oil
  • ¼ Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  1. Boil a pot of water - add asparagus - remember it cooks pretty fast under 10 minutes - you know it is done when it becomes brighter green and floats to the top
  2. While the asparagus is cooking in a skillet add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil - heat over medium heat. Add garlic -- make sure to reduce the heat to medium - low. Keep stirring so the garlic does not burn
  3. Once the asparagus is done - add to the skillet with garlic. You can add a extra drizzle of oil at this point.
  4. Add pepper, salt, and parmesan cheese to the asparagus.
  5. Heat for a couple more minutes and serve
