How To Make Your Own Sports Drink
- 1.5 Cup of Cold Water
- 2 Tablespoons of Honey
- Pinch of Salt
- Juice of 2 Limes
- Juice of 2 Small Lemons
- Place all the ingredients in to a blender.
- Blend till completely smooth
- Can be served with ice if desired
- Enjoy!
