In a glass – combine water and ice ( about ¾th of the glass)
Add about ¼ cup of blackberries ( you can cut the berries if you like) and blueberries and sliced strawberries till the drink is full ( All these vitamins contain vitamin C )
Add a couple leaves of mint for natural sweetness ( this is optional)
Stir and left sit for 5 minutes – then enjoy!
