Stress Reliever Detox Drink Recipe
  • Water
  • Ice
  • Lemon ( Lemons are natural energizers plus it kick starts that metabolism )
  • Basil - Natural Antidepressant also helps soothe one's tummy
  • Fresh Mint ( Helps your breath and helps you tummy work better)
  • Strawberries – Adds a wonderful flavor to the water
  1. In a glass – combine water and ice ( about ¾th of the glass)
  2. Add lemon and mint and sliced strawberries till the drink is full
  3. For my mason jar I used 2 full slices of lemon, 4 small mint leaves, 2 basil leaves torn into small pieces and 3 sliced strawberries
  4. Stir and left sit for 5 minutes – then enjoy!
