Grilled Pea Pods with Mint Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound of pea pods
  • Soy Sauce ( low sodium)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of chopped mint
  • Oil - ( olive, vegetable, or grape seed oil )
  • Directions
  • In a skillet -- best would be a grill pan --- add able 1 tablespoon of oil -- allow oil to get hot
  • Add pea pods - allow to cook for 4 minutes then flip the pods over - and cook for another 4 minutes
  • Add about 2 teaspoons of soy sauce ( you can add a little more if you like) and pinch of pepper and salt
  • Turn off heat and garnish with mint
  • Enjoy :) 1 pound of pea pods
