Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ½ cup louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • Cooking Spray
  1. Fill a pot with water - add chicken and salt - add heat. Once the water is boiling - let boil for 15 minutes. Drain water
  2. Place chicken on a baking dish and spray with cooking spray - sprinkle - cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes on the chicken
  3. Broil the chicken 7 minutes each side -- please be careful that the chicken does not burn
  4. While the chicken is getting crispy - take a sauce pan add hot sauce and margarine mix over low heat.
  5. Once the chicken is done shake them in the sauce :)
  6. Enjoy!
