Toasted Ravioli Recipe

  • 1 Package of Raviolis ( 12 - 15)
  • 1 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil (frying)
  • marinara sauce ( dipping)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • parsley ( for garish)
  1. Boil water and cook ravioli - drain water
  2. Heat Vegetable Oil in a pot. You need about 1.5 inches worth of oil.
  3. Get two bowls - place bread crumbs in one bowl in the other bowl whisk egg
  4. Take each ravioli and dip into the egg mixture the breadcrumbs - set aside the ravioli
  5. Fry each ravioli -- it took only 15 seconds for each of mine to fry. You want the bread crumbs to be golden brown
  6. Place fried ravioli on a paper towel to drain excess oil - sprinkle parsley and Parmesan cheese on each
  7. Enjoy with the marinara dipping sauce :)
