4 Tablespoons of Frozen Drink Mix - Any flavor you want
6 oz of Plain Yogurt
Instructions
You are basically making 2 smoothies and placing them in one glass
In the blender place 3 oz of yogurt, ¼ cup of water, 2 tablespoons of frozen mix drink and ½ cup of lighter colored frozen berries like strawberries and raspberries
Blend - and pour in a glass.
Rinse the blender - place the remaining yogurt, water, frozen mix drink, and ½ cup of darker fruit like blackberries and blueberries
Blend and pour on top of the first mixture -- because the smoothie is so thick they will not mix together unless you do so with a spoon or straw
