Layered Smoothie Recipe
  • Frozen Mixed Berries
  • ½ Cup of Cold Water
  • 4 Tablespoons of Frozen Drink Mix - Any flavor you want
  • 6 oz of Plain Yogurt
  1. You are basically making 2 smoothies and placing them in one glass
  2. In the blender place 3 oz of yogurt, ¼ cup of water, 2 tablespoons of frozen mix drink and ½ cup of lighter colored frozen berries like strawberries and raspberries
  3. Blend - and pour in a glass.
  4. Rinse the blender - place the remaining yogurt, water, frozen mix drink, and ½ cup of darker fruit like blackberries and blueberries
  5. Blend and pour on top of the first mixture -- because the smoothie is so thick they will not mix together unless you do so with a spoon or straw
  6. Enjoy - Perfect for a hot summer day
