Avocado Hummus Recipe
  • Avocado ( 2 - skinned and sliced)
  • Juice from Half A Lime
  • 1 16oz Can of chickpeas - washed and drained
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender - blend ( you can add some more oil if it has a hard time blending )
  2. Taste -- if it taste a little flat add a pinch of salt and a splash of lime juice ( really makes a difference)
  3. Once well blended serve and enjoy!
  4. I love using red peppers for dippers
