Avocado Hummus Recipe
- Avocado ( 2 - skinned and sliced)
- Juice from Half A Lime
- 1 16oz Can of chickpeas - washed and drained
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- pinch of pepper
- Place all the ingredients into a blender - blend ( you can add some more oil if it has a hard time blending )
- Taste -- if it taste a little flat add a pinch of salt and a splash of lime juice ( really makes a difference)
- Once well blended serve and enjoy!
- I love using red peppers for dippers
