Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • ½ Cup of Skim Milk
  • 6 oz of nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Cup to 1.5 Cup of Blueberries ( I personally like it with 1.5 Cups) - You "can" use frozen blueberries
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. For a grown up version add a shot of rum :)
  4. Enjoy - This recipe is naturally gluten - free
