Pasta with Pesto and Broccoli Recipe
- 1 Cup of cooked broccoli florets
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz of cooked pasta ( I love using rigatoni
- 1 jar of pesto ( I use classico)
- Place a large skillet over medium heat - add about 1 tablespoon of oil. Add tomatoes - cook for 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and pesto --- mix and heat for 5 minutes
- Add pasta, pinch of salt and pepper, and a handful of Parmesan cheese
- Serve and enjoy - to make this dish gluten - free use gluten - free pasta
