Pasta with Pesto and Broccoli Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of cooked broccoli florets
  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz of cooked pasta ( I love using rigatoni
  • 1 jar of pesto ( I use classico)
Instructions
  1. Place a large skillet over medium heat - add about 1 tablespoon of oil. Add tomatoes - cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli and pesto --- mix and heat for 5 minutes
  3. Add pasta, pinch of salt and pepper, and a handful of Parmesan cheese
  4. Serve and enjoy - to make this dish gluten - free use gluten - free pasta
