Asian Chiken Wrap with Peanut Dipping Sauce Recipe
  • Peanut Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce ( Low Sodium)
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sesame Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of rice vinegar ( not seasoned)
  • 3.5 Tablespoons of Cream Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons of hot water
  • Wrap
  • Wrap Tortillas
  • Cooked White Rice
  • Cooked Chicken - white or dark meat
  • Spinach - Fresh
  • Mandarin Oranges - Canned
  1. In a small bowl mix the ingredient for the peanut sauce together until smooth
  2. Lay out your wrap tortillas - remember when making a wrap you want to keep the ingredients in the center -- I try for a 1 inch border. Also do not overfill then you have filling EVERYWHERE!
  3. Spread a layer of the peanut sauce on the tortilla. Then a layer of white rice.
  4. Then a layer of chicken. Followed by spinach and oranges
  5. There is no set amount per each -- just remember when you roll it will become very thick
  6. There should be instructions on the wrap packaging.
  7. Once the wrap is wrapped enjoy with the rest of the peanut dipping sauce.
  8. Enjoy!
