Deep Fried Cookie Dough Balls Recipe
- 1 tube of cookie dough
- Vegetable Oil - Used For Frying
- Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 1 Cup of Bisquick
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Take the cookie dough and form small balls. Place cookie dough balls on to the parchment paper. It will make about 18 balls
- Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes - this will make the balls harden which will help when frying
- Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan --- make sure it is 350 degrees
- In a bowl combine the milk and bisquick
- Dip each cookie dough ball into the Bisquick mixture
- Drop into the hot oil --- it takes a minute or two to cook --- make sure that the outside is golden brown
- ( Please note the dough will still be raw --- this recipe is perfect for my fellow cooks who love eating raw cookie dough)
- Place the cooked balls onto a paper towel so the excess grease will be soaked up
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on each ball
- Enjoy!
- I really do not think this would work in the oven --- unless you want a weird pancake chocolate chip cookie
