Caramel Apple Dip Recipe
  • 6 oz of light cream cheese - soft
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ⅙ - ¼ cup caramel topping
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cup Light Cool Whip
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons water
  1. In a bowl combine the following well - cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel topping, vanilla, and cool whip. Do a taste test --- if it is not sweet enough add a little more caramel sauce.
  2. Slice the apples ( you can peel the apples if you would like)
  3. If you do not want your apples to brown do the following - In a bowl combine the lemon juice, water and apples together. The lemon juice stops oxidation ( apples turning brown)
  4. Serve the dip with the apple slices :) Best of all this whole dish is naturally gluten - free
