Monkey Bread Recipe
- 4 cans of Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
- ¾ Cup of White Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup of Chopped Walnuts, Optional
- 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup of Butter Melted
- Preheat your oven to 350 - Grease a bundt cake pan
- Cut each biscuit into ¼ths - be careful that they do not stick together
- In a gallon bag combine white sugar and cinnamon
- In a saucepan combine - vanilla, brown sugar, and butter - this is going to make the sauce
- Once the sauce is smooth drizzle some into the bottom of the bundt pan
- Add your biscuit pieces to the sugar bag ( I did about 10 at a time)
- Shake Shake Shake
- Place pieces into the bundt pan -Once you have one full layer add a few nuts and drizzle more sauce
- You are going to repeat the layering steps until you are out of biscuits ( I made 4 layers)
- Bake for 40 minutes
- It is important to let the bread to cool -- about 20 minutes
- Take the bread out and enjoy!
