Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Recipes

Ingredients
  • Box of Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 15 Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to the temperature as instruction on the box mix
  2. Prepare the cookie batter as instructed on the box mix ( this is when you will use the oil and egg)
  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  4. Take 2 Tablespoons of batter and roll into a ball. Take 1 unwrapped mini reese's cup and push into the middle of the batter ball then place onto the cookie sheet.
  5. Repeat until all the batter is gone
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes ( bake on the top rack )
  7. Cool and Enjoy!
