Salsa Chicken Recipe
- 4 Chicken Breasts - Skinless
- 1 Cup of Salsa ( Your Favorite Style)
- Taco Seasoning ( Please Note Taco Bell Seasoning Is NOT Gluten - Free)
- Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream ( optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Rub the taco seasoning onto each chicken breast - this will use up the whole pack
- Place chicken onto a lightly greased casserole dish
- Scoop ¼ cup of salsa onto each chicken breast
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of the salsa -- the amount is really up to you
- Bake for 30 minutes uncovered
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream ( if you want)
- Enjoy!
