Salsa Chicken Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Breasts - Skinless
  • 1 Cup of Salsa ( Your Favorite Style)
  • Taco Seasoning ( Please Note Taco Bell Seasoning Is NOT Gluten - Free)
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Sour Cream ( optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Rub the taco seasoning onto each chicken breast - this will use up the whole pack
  3. Place chicken onto a lightly greased casserole dish
  4. Scoop ¼ cup of salsa onto each chicken breast
  5. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of the salsa -- the amount is really up to you
  6. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered
  7. Serve with a dollop of sour cream ( if you want)
  8. Enjoy!
