Easy Creamy Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8.5 Ounces of Corn Bread Mix
  • 2 Eggs ( whisked)
  • ½ Cup of Butter Melted
  • ¼ Tsp of Pepper
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • 15 ounce can of corn ( drained)
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • 1 cup of sour cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease your casserole dish
  2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together
  3. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes uncovered or until it is golden brown
  4. Enjoy!
