Crock Pot Pineapple Mandarin Chicken Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 15 oz of Mandarin Sauce
  • 1 Jar of Pineapple Preserves
  • 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
  1. Set your crock pot to low
  2. Salt and Pepper Each Chicken Breast and Place Into the crock pot
  3. Pour in Sauce and Preserves
  4. Cover and Cook for 6 - 8 hours on low
  5. Transfer chicken to serving platter
  6. squeeze lemon juice on each chicken breast
  7. Sprinkle Red Pepper Flakes
  8. Enjoy!
