Nutella Stuffed Cookies Covered With Chocolate

Ingredients
  • 24 Ritz Crackers ( I use low fat )
  • Nutella
  • White Chocolate Chips - 2 Cups
  • Sprinkles - Optional
Instructions
  1. Spread Nutella on 12 Ritz Crackers
  2. Top each with a ritz cracker so the nutella is sandwiched in the middle
  3. Melt white chocolate in the microwave - heat for 30 seconds at a time to make sure it does not burn
  4. Dip the nutella ritz cookies into the white chocolate - once it is well covered place on parchment paper and let sit for 45 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
