2 to 3 pounds pound of chicken wings ( we has 2.5 and there was extra sauce)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Heat oil in a skillet - 2 inches ( you want it at about 350 )
Cook chicken till golden brown takes 6 - 8 minutes
Place chicken in a large mixing bowl
In a bowl whisk - corn starch, brown sugar, salt, ginger, pepper, water, lemon juice, and soy sauce - pour slowly over the chicken - again I did not use it all
Once chicken is well coated place chicken on the cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes uncovered
