Blueberry Crumb Cake Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup of Unsalted Butter
  • ¾ Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups of Flour
  • 2¼ Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon of salt
  • ¾ Cup of Almond or Whole Milk
  • 2 Cups of Blueberries
  • Topping
  • ¾ Stick of Butter ( soft)
  • ½ Cup of Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup of Flour
  • ¼ Teaspoon of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 pan
  2. In a bowl combine - flour, salt and baking powder
  3. In a large bowl combine ( I used a hand mixer) - cream together butter with cinnamon and sugar
  4. Add egg and vanilla - once mixture
  5. Add flour and milk - keep mixing in slowly
  6. Once well mixture - fold in blueberries then pour into the pan
  7. In a bowl combine all the ingredients together for the topping - sprinkle on top of the batter
  8. Bake for 45 minutes
  9. Enjoy
