Metabolism Boosting Breakfast Smoothie
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 6 oz greek yogurt unsweetened
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. Flax Seed
- Place all the ingredients in a blender
- Feel free to add about ½ cup of ice
- Blend until smooth
- Serve and Enjoy - this smoothie makes about 4 servings
