Addicting Party Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pint of mini tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 10 Basil Leaves - cut up into small pieces
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup of Sour Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a 8x8 baking dish place about 1 tablespoon of oil
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, tomatoes garlic, sprinkle of salt and pepper, and about 80% of the basil
  4. Cook for 40 minutes
  5. Allow to cool slightly - place in your food processor - process till it in smooth
  6. Place mixture into a mixing bowl - fold in sour cream till well combined
  7. Serve with chips
