Fried Rice Recipe - Marie Recipe
- 2 Cups of Rice (uncooked)
- Veggie Oil
- ½ Cup of Chopped Carrots
- ½ Cup of Celery Chopped
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ Cup of Soy Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- Cook rice according to instructions on the packaging
- In a large skillet - heat about ¼ cup of oil
- Add carrots ( about 5 minutes before the rice is done cook) - cook for a couple minutes -- then add in the celery
- Once the rice is done cooking add soy sauce to the skillet and a little more oil
- Add rice and mix well -- this should be over low medium heat
- If the rice is dry add more oil
- Once everything is well coated - crack the 2 eggs into the skillet - mix for 2 minutes until the egg is cooked - season to taste with salt and pepper
