Grilled Shrimp with Lemon Aioli Recipe
- ½ Cup of Mayo ( light)
- ½ Tablespoon of Fresh Tarragon ( minced)
- 1 Lemon ( 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice)
- 1 Pound of Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Teaspoons of Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- Make the aioli first - in a small bowl whip together - mayo, tarragon, lemon zest
- Once well mixed place in the fridge
- In a bowl combine - shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika
- On a hot grill pan cook the shrimp - a couple minutes each side - once it turns white and red it is done
- Serve the cooked shrimp with the aioli
