Cream Four Cheese Pasta Recipe - Marie Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 16 oz of pasta
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1½ Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 4 oz of Fontana Cheese ( shredded)
  • 4 oz of Mozzarella Cheese ( shredded)
  • 4 oz of Parmesan Cheese ( shredded)
  • 4 oz of Provolone Cheese ( shredded)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves , minced
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ¼ Tsp of Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to the instructions on its packaging
  2. In a large skillet - melt butter add garlic - cook for 2 minutes over medium heat
  3. Slowly add cream - add the cheeses and keep stirring till it is fully melted
  4. If the sauce is too thick for you add some pasta water to the sauce - mix till smooth
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce - mix well
  6. Serve
