Cream Four Cheese Pasta Recipe - Marie Recipe
- 16 oz of pasta
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
- 1½ Cup of Heavy Cream
- 4 oz of Fontana Cheese ( shredded)
- 4 oz of Mozzarella Cheese ( shredded)
- 4 oz of Parmesan Cheese ( shredded)
- 4 oz of Provolone Cheese ( shredded)
- 2 Garlic Cloves , minced
- Pinch of Salt
- ¼ Tsp of Pepper
- Cook pasta according to the instructions on its packaging
- In a large skillet - melt butter add garlic - cook for 2 minutes over medium heat
- Slowly add cream - add the cheeses and keep stirring till it is fully melted
- If the sauce is too thick for you add some pasta water to the sauce - mix till smooth
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce - mix well
- Serve
